By paying this deposit you agree to have read this policy and agree to its term. Its intention is to serve as a monetary reminder and is applied to the balance on day of. Please make ALL changes prior to 48 hours for deposit refund minus a $10 service fee. Late arrivals under 15 minutes may forgo blowout and after 15 minutes a partial appointment with all services reserved due. Thank you for understanding.

*Extensions and Color Corrections: Half day/full day color corrections and extensions require a 50% deposit and extension deposits are not refundable as the hair is not returnable. If for any reason you need to reschedule these two services it must be done 5 days in advance due to the nature of time booked out.
